The Sunday Evening Yoga Wind Down

This 45 min class combines gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation and is ideal for those that struggle with the Sunday Blues and also for anyone looking for a healthy way to wind down at the end of the weekend in the comfort of their own home.

GENTLE MOVEMENT PRACTICE

We bring our attention to the body through a series of mindful movements, joint mobilisations and gentle stretches, easing the body out of discomfort and tension and experiencing the soothing power of synchronising breath and movement.

BREATHWORK

Using simple techniques from the yoga tradition and contemporary science-based approaches we harness the power of the breath not only to refresh and nourish us but also to cultivate a calm, clear, and focused mental space.

RELAXATION

We finish off the class with a guided relaxation practice from a catalogue of tried and tested techniques that will leave you in a calm, relaxed state; ready to enjoy a restful evening and a good night sleep.
